Staying at the ground level of the building felt a bit like being in a damp walkout basement, but the room was surprisingly spacious. The service in Princeville was exceptional, extremely helpful and welcoming; I'll definitely return for that. The location was impeccable, with friendly and responsive staff, but it did give off a slightly artificial 'Disneyland' vibe. Unfortunately, the dining experience was limited to cottage cheese only. Overall, the price might have been worth it for the view and proximity to the best golf course in Hawaii.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms, the convenience of the igloo cooler for day trips, and the overall comfort despite a slightly outdated decor.
